High Rental Income
We have developed a weekly rental model where our investors can gain EURO based high rental income average of 9.25% if they decide to rent their properties when they’re not using it. API Group’s management company offers a rental brokerage service and manages the property rental process, sets the prices and handles cleaning and upkeep services.
By owning property in Montenegro, you can obtain a residence permit for a period of one year that is renewable. In addition, a development program that provides the possibility for buyers to acquire Montenegrin citizenship based on investment has been officially launched by the Montenegrin Government.
